After 7 days, your account enters a restricted state — you can view your existing data but cannot add new employees or run new payroll cycles. To continue, simply choose a plan and subscribe. Your data is preserved throughout. We do not delete your data when a trial ends.
VetanX automatically pro-rates salary. If an employee joins on the 16th of a 31-day month, salary is calculated as: (Monthly Salary ÷ 31) × 16. Same for leaving. You just enter the joining or leaving date in the employee profile, and VetanX handles the math automatically during payroll generation.
Yes. VetanX generates detailed PDF salary slips for each employee. Each slip shows: employee name, designation, month/year, base salary, bonuses, overtime, advance deductions, leave deductions, carry-forward balance, and final net salary. You can also generate a full monthly payroll summary PDF for all employees at once.
VetanX currently handles core salary calculations — including leave deductions, advance recovery, bonus, overtime, and custom deductions. PF (Provident Fund), ESI, and TDS are planned for future updates. VetanX is currently best suited for businesses that operate on a direct salary model, which is common among small Indian businesses, hotels, and shops.
Yes, on the Pro plan. You can invite HR staff or managers to your organization. Each user gets a separate login and role-based access — owners have full control, managers can access specific features you permit. All users work within your organization's data — fully isolated from other businesses.
