By using VetanX, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to manage the business data entered into the platform.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.

You may create an account using email & password or Google Sign-In. Email verification may be required before account activation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security and protecting your login credentials.
• All activities performed under your account.

VetanX currently offers the following cloud subscription tiers. Features and limits may be modified from time to time.

VetanX also offers a one-time desktop license with offline usage and local data storage.

Important terms for Desktop License:

• License is valid for one computer only.
• Transfer requires prior approval from VetanX.
• Installation is performed by the VetanX team via remote support software.
• Executable installation files are not provided directly to customers.

All payments must be completed before access is granted. By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• Fees may change in the future with prior notice.
• Applicable taxes may be added where required.

VetanX reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts.

If a subscription payment fails:

• Access to paid features may be suspended immediately.
• Employee records may remain stored for a limited period where technically feasible.
• Continued access requires successful payment.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of software products and digital services:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Desktop license payments are non-refundable.
• Partial usage does not qualify for refunds.
• Failure to use the Service does not create a refund obligation.

Users may not engage in any of the following. Violations may result in immediate account termination:

• Using VetanX for illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfering with system operations or other users.
• Distributing malware or malicious code.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software.
• Copying, reselling, or redistributing the platform without permission.

You are solely responsible for all data entered into VetanX, including:

• Employee personal information and attendance records.
• Salary details and payroll calculations.
• Compliance with labor, tax, and employment regulations.

VetanX acts only as a management tool and does not verify data accuracy on your behalf.

• Cloud users: Data may be stored using third-party hosting and database providers.
• Desktop users: Data is stored locally on your computer. You are responsible for backups and device security.

All rights related to VetanX — including the software, branding, interface design, source code, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of VetanX and its owner. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

While we strive to provide reliable access, VetanX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, technical failures, or third-party service outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetanX shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or business interruption.
• Payroll errors caused by incorrect user input.
• Data loss caused by user actions, device failures, or internet outages.
• Third-party service failures.

Users are responsible for verifying all payroll calculations and business records.

Users may request custom features, integrations, reports, or modifications. VetanX may accept or reject such requests, charge additional fees, or define separate timelines and agreements. Custom development is not included in standard subscriptions or desktop licenses.

VetanX may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms. Termination may result in loss of access to all Services.

VetanX may add or remove features, modify pricing, or update platform functionality at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of VetanX after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jind, Haryana, India.
