By purchasing any VetanX product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

VetanX is a software platform that provides payroll, attendance, salary calculation, and employee management solutions.

Because VetanX provides digital software products and services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

VetanX provides a free trial period that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing.

Free Trial Details

• Up to 5 Employees
• Valid for 7 Days
• No Credit Card Required

Users are encouraged to fully evaluate the Service during the trial period before making a purchase.

Subscription plans are billed in advance.

Current Plans Include

• Starter Plan
• Growth Plan
• Pro Plan

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that access to digital services begins immediately after payment is successfully processed.

All subscription payments are final. VetanX does not provide refunds for:

• Monthly subscription payments
• Partial subscription periods
• Unused accounts
• Failure to use the Service
• Accidental purchases
• User dissatisfaction after purchase
• Change of business requirements

The Desktop Lifetime License is a one-time software license.

Because installation, onboarding, setup, and software licensing begin immediately after purchase:

• Desktop License payments are non-refundable.
• Partial usage does not qualify for refunds.
• Change of mind does not qualify for refunds.

If a payment fails:

• Subscription access may be suspended.
• Paid features may become unavailable.
• Service access may resume after successful payment.

No refund applies to failed payment attempts.

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, VetanX may review the case.

If a duplicate payment is verified:

• The duplicate amount may be refunded.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Hosting provider issues
• Internet outages
• Third-party service disruptions

Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Non-payment

No refund will be issued.

Users agree to contact VetanX support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Restriction from future purchases

VetanX may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional situations including:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical billing errors
• Incorrect payment processing

Approval of any refund request remains entirely at VetanX's discretion.
